Membership is open to all persons within the paper industry and all related fields. The NAPW has a diverse membership of paper brokers, packers, mill representatives, mill buyers, document destructions companies, transportation firms, importers and exporters and is comprised of both women and men.      Members are committed to being part of creating a better tomorrow by encouraging the best and brightest young individuals to enter the paper recycling industry.      Founders designed this organization to be an educational vehicle to increase public awareness of paper recycling and to help encourage college students majoring in pulp and paper by granting yearly scholarships. In 1998, they saw this dream come true when the first awards were granted.
